Once more into the hail of ballots

Local elections today; thankfully, the town decided to move my precinct's polling place back to the clubhouse at my condo complex. (Thus allowing me to walk to the ballot on a reasonably pleasant late March evening.)

We had seven different races - and for the first time I can remember, four of the seven were contested. (Most years the only folks running are the incumbents.) So, representative democracy is alive and well here in Massachusetts.

And Town Meeting is only a couple of weeks away...
