Two weeks ago, the 7 day confirmed case average was 1,116.0, the 7 day confirmed deaths average was 8.0, the 7 day hospitalization average was 596.0, and the 7 day weighted average positivity rate was 2.43%.

The daily raw data file used to create this report is available here.

Compared to yesterday, newly reported deaths are constant, while newly reported cases and the overall hospitalization rate are both up. Newly reported cases are back above two thousand a day, while hospitalizations are back above seven hundred; both of these statistics are back up to the levels we saw back in April and, frankly, that stinks. The seven-day averages for cases and percent-positive are both down slightly, but that for hospitalizations keeps climbing.

And, of course, the weekend is coming up, which means the state won't be arsed to file any reports until Monday. I guess Governor Baker doesn't think he needs up-to-date information anymore?

The town of Acton's current Google Data Studio dashboard is showing 16 active and 1,101 cumulative cases as of September 15. The most recent "newsflash style update" at 11:45AM on May 28, 2021 reported 978 cumulative cases with 3 individuals in isolation, 943 persons recovered and 32 fatalities.

The only point to up-to-date information would be if he was going to act on it . . .
