As the state is apparently taking the holiday off. The following notice is just below the dashboard (which is still showing yesterday's data):

Notice There will be no dashboard post on Sunday, April 4th. Sunday’s data will be included in the report for Monday, April 5th.

It would have been helpful for them to put this above the dashboard, where it would be visible to those who go straight to the URL, but it is what it is.
