More tests are good, and the percent-positive rate coming down again is hopeful. But daily case and death counts still ticking upward, as Boston is about to officially enter Phase 3 of reopening? Not happy making. On the other hand, the three-day average number of COVID-19 patients in hospital, the number of hospitals using surge capacity, and the three-day average COVID-19 death count all ticked down today compared to yesterday, so that's good.
The town of Acton has yet to post an update today. As of the most recent report at 5:30PM on July 9, the town reported 178 cumulative cases of COVID-19 with 5 individuals in isolation, 152 recovered and 21 fatalities.
