The Town of Acton still has zero confirmed cases of COVID-19 in town. However, both the Boards of Selectmen and Health have declared a town-wide State of Emergency. The Board of Health has also ordered the closure of all barbershops, nail salons, massage services, and other "services to the public which cannot be provided at a distance of at least six (6) feet" effective tomorrow.

In other news, Massachusetts had its first COVID-19 fatality today, and Governor Baker has called out the National Guard. There are as of today 413 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in the Commonwealth.

Date: 2020-03-21 06:04 pm (UTC)Thus far, our county, has zero cases. I've been isolating since Monday evening, my wife went down for groceries Thursday and Dave has been out for ice a couple of times, which kind of makes my isolation sort of meaningless.
