On the other hand, a hot muggy stretch of August would have you *needing* a shower.

Specifically, a cold shower. Which the current plumbing system can deliver.

We had to go almost a week last summer without our water heater, went to the observatory once and used the dorms to shower. Sheer bliss when the new one was installed, and it's so hot it'll scald ya!
