Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow!

The weatherfolks are already calling this the "Blizzard of 2005", even though it's barely started. Right now, my part of Massachusetts is forecast for about one and a half to two feet of powdery snow, while down on Cape Cod, they're expecting better than two feet - along with hurricane-force winds and tremendous amounts of drifting. (The newsfolks are gleefully showing hurricane flags flying at Chatham Light.)
Still, as long as the power stays on, this will be fun rather than painful. We'll finally have enough snow on the ground for snowshoeing, and I just got myself a new Polarfleece(tm) balaclava. And the OWL class I was supposed to co-faciliate tomorrow just got cancelled; that means I can stay home and watch the Patriots game.
