Day-over-day deaths up, even though yesterday's numbers covered a four-day period; this is not good. Newly reported cases, on the other hand, are down. Alas, hospitalization counts are going up again; today's total of 622 COVID-19 patients is the highest since 628 were reported on April 27. The seven-day cases average is down, but those for deaths, hospitalizations and percent-positive are all up. Overall, not good news.
The town of Acton's current Google Data Studio dashboard is showing 24 active and 1,081 cumulative cases as of September 7. The most recent "newsflash style update" at 11:45AM on May 28, 2021 reported 978 cumulative cases with 3 individuals in isolation, 943 persons recovered and 32 fatalities.
