Day-to-day deaths are up (never good) but cases are down (which, on a weekday, is encouraging). Estimated active cases and hospitalizations are also down (which is even better). The seven-day averages aren't as great news, as the positivity average is actually up compared to yesterday; cases and hospitalizations are down, however.

https://vaccinesignup.mass.gov/ was the hack the state rolled out hurriedly back on March 12, after the original registration portal (https://vaxfinder.mass.gov/) crashed and burned spectacularly when folks under sixty-five with multiple comorbities were first made eligible on February 18. At least we don't need this particular hack anymore.

The town of Acton's current Google Data Studio dashboard is showing 4 active and 977 cumulative cases as of May 19, and has not been updated since. The most recent "newsflash style update" at 12PM on May 17, 2021 reported 975 cumulative cases with 6 individuals in isolation, 937 persons recovered and 32 fatalities.
