Day-to-day news ... ain't good. Deaths are up, cases are down but tests are down more, indicating the case drop is due to weekend reporting wonkiness more than anything else. Estimated average cases are up, as are hospitalizations and intubations. The seven-day averages for cases and percent-positive are both up from yesterday; in slightly more encouraging news, those averages are a tiny bit down from two weeks ago.
The town of Acton's current Google Data Studio dashboard is showing 32 active and 910 cumulative cases as of April 12. The numbers for April 9 were 45 active and 906 cumulative caess; for April 10, 37 active and 908 cumulative cases; for April 11, 35 active and 908 cumulative cases. The most recent "newsflash style update" at 1:30PM on April 3, 2021 reported 871 cumulative cases with 38 individuals in isolation, 801 persons recovered and 32 fatalities.
