Local COVID-19 updates

I would be much happier with the day-by-day drops in deaths and cases if we weren't coming off the weekend, and if the percent-positive rate and estimated average cases count weren't going up. And, for that matter, if the absolute number of new cases wasn't still so much higher than just a few weeks ago. As things currently stand, I think today's drops are more due to weekend reporting being notoriously light than to any actual improvement in the situation (although I'd be overjoyed to be proven wrong).
The town of Acton's current Google Data Studio dashboard is showing 56 active and 590 cumulative cases as of January 11. The most recent "newsflash style update" at 9PM on December 15 reported 433 cumulative cases with 63 individuals in isolation, 345 persons recovered and 25 fatalities.
