No local COVID-19 update today

The Commonwealth of Massachusetts is not reporting COVID-19 case numbers today. As noted on the COVID-19 Response Reporting page for today:

Due to a planned data system upgrade this weekend, DPH will not publish a COVID-19 data report Sunday, 8/23. Posting will resume Monday 8/24 when all information from the weekend will be included.

What were the immediate actions for a complete loss of power accident, again?

Just lost power here at Chez Me. In fact, it appears that the entire complex is out (although some places across the street are still lit).
