edschweppeSeriously cold out there - nine degrees Fahrenheit at Hanscom Field in Bedford. Add in clear skies and a subzero dewpoint, and tomorrow morning is going to be bitter.
This would be great for preserving our snowpack, if we had any. On the other hand, the town isn't issuing dire warnings about blowing through their plowing budget.
