Not a snowpocalypse by any stretch of the imagination (five to nine inches expected by the National Weather Service), but enough to put some depth on our sadly depleted snow cover. (Almost all the snow from the two big December storms melted away after Christmas.)
In other news, the local instance of Large Chain Music Store did not have Dar Williams' latest CD Promised Land in stock when I stopped in to look for it. Too bad for them; since Amazon does have it available, Amazon gets my business.
