COMEX SPLOOSHEX

Although not nearly as bad a SPLOOSH-EX as provided by Gustav to the Gulf Coast states, we'll be getting a bit of a deluge here from Tropical Storm Hanna. The first big rainbands moved through this morning, and a few scattered downpours are wandering around eastern Massachusetts. (One just passed by as I type.) Meanwhile, the air outside is mightily tropical, with dewpoints in the lower 70s and the A/C causing the insides of the windows to fog up.
The bigger wind and rain is on its way for tonight. I'm high enough above any possible flood spot not to have to worry, although I do hope TS Hanna will be gone by tomorrow morning. (Ingathering Sunday at church, and I'd rather not have to dodge random fallen branches.)
