Yep, I heard about that. It actually happened over a year ago, and I tend to agree with Bubblehead's (http://bubbleheads.blogspot.com/2006/11/uss-kitty-hawk-and-chinese-sub.html) theory that it just means that the Chinese still can't keep themselves submerged.
