* WHAT...Temperatures dropping into the middle 30s will result in
  frost formation.

* WHERE...In Connecticut, Tolland CT and Windham CT Counties. In
  Massachusetts, Central Middlesex MA, Western Essex MA, Western
  Norfolk MA, Northern Bristol MA, Western Plymouth MA and
  Northern Middlesex MA Counties.

* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 8 AM EDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Frost could kill sensitive outdoor vegetation if left
  uncovered.
