I'm still on Twitter, as it hasn't died yet for me. But this isn't good for anyone (except perhaps Musk's groupies).
Effective November 23, 2022, Twitter is no longer enforcing the COVID-19 misleading information policy.
The pre-Musk policy (as archived on the Wayback Machine) stated flat out
You may not use Twitter's services to share false or misleading information about COVID-19 which may lead to harm.Trying to go to the "current" version (https://help.twitter.com/en/rules-and-policies/medical-misinformation-policy) is, at this moment, using an HTTP 302 return status to redirect you to the Twitter Help main page; in my case https://help.twitter.com/en .
