Deaths down compared to yesterday; cases also down, but not by as much proportionately. Still, the trend is in the good direction, even if it's still too damn high at nearly twenty-five hundred. Hospitalizations are also down again, although still over a thousand. Three of the four seven-day averages are down; that for deaths ticked up again, courtesy of the jumps earlier this week. And, of course, we're about to hit the weekend, when the state can no longer be arsed to provide any data at all, good or bad.
The town of Acton's current Google Data Studio dashboard is showing 30 active and 2,738 cumulative cases as of February 9, and apparently has not been updated since. The most recent "newsflash style update" at 7PM on December 21, 2021, the town reported 1538 cumulative cases with 89 individuals in isolation, 1417 recovered and 32 fatalities.
