The day-to-day changes are mostly for the good, for a change. Newly reported deaths, cases, and hospitalizations are all lower than yesterday. The seven-day averages, though, aren't trending as nicely; the averages for cases and percent-positive ticked up, while those for hospitalizations and deaths ticked down. Today's CDC community transmission level data still has Massachusetts as a whole at high community transmission, with four counties (Franklin, Hampshire, Middlesex, and Nantucket) at "substantial". Masks for everyone!
The town of Acton's current Google Data Studio dashboard is showing 10 active and 1,167 cumulative cases as of October 14. The most recent "newsflash style update" at 11:45AM on May 28, 2021 reported 978 cumulative cases with 3 individuals in isolation, 943 persons recovered and 32 fatalities.
