Wall-o-text - down to 13 high-risk towns, and my town is back in the green )

Day-to-day deaths are down but cases are up (back over a thousand), which isn't great news. However, tests were up even more, and both the estimated active cases and total hospitalizations counts are down, which is good news. Even better, all four seven-day averages are down compared to yesterday and compared to two weeks ago. We still have a way to go to get to the levels of last summer, but it would appear that all those vaccinations are having an impact.

In further good news, the weekly city/town numbers have my hometown back in the green, low-risk category, with both the daily incidence and test positivity numbers dropping compared to last week. Statewide, we're down to only 13 red-coded (high-risk) communities; the state itself would be coded yellow due to the combination of daily incidence over 10 per 100k and positivity rate below 5%. (Both those figures are improvements over last week.)

The town of Acton's current Google Data Studio dashboard is showing 6 active and 964 cumulative cases as of May 6. The most recent "newsflash style update" at 6PM on April 27, 2021 reported 951 cumulative cases with 13 individuals in isolation, 906 persons recovered and 32 fatalities.
