Local COVID-19 updates

I suppose this data is grounds for cautious - very cautious - optimism. Day-to-day deaths are up slightly; however, cases are down, as is the percent-positive rate and all three hospitalization counts. Still, today had over five thousand newly reported cases, and we were running at less than two thousand cases per day back before Thanksgiving.
Oh, and the estimated active case count set yet another new record today. Yay?
The town of Acton's current Google Data Studio dashboard is showing 55 active and 610 cumulative cases as of January 14. The most recent "newsflash style update" at 10:30PM on January 13, 2021 reported 596 cumulative cases with 62 individuals in isolation, 504 persons recovered and 30 fatalities.
