I just finished up a week's training in Chicago, and am now patiently awaiting a flight back home. Alas, a most impressive line of thunderstorms is grinding its way through Chicagoland. Midway airport is closed to arrivals, and my flight is currently posting a ten minute delay. Subject to change, of course.
Even on time, I wouldn't get home until well after midnight. Hopefully, we won't be too late. OTOH, that was one heck of a set of lightning bolts crackling off to the west just now ...
