Just more evidence, I suppose, that nicotine addiction is correlated with lowered levels of cluefulness. (No, I'm not going to imply causation, there. But, seriously, chucking butts into the frigging gas meter?)
It is imperative that you do not dispose of cigarette butts within the pit that houses the GAS lines and meter that is located on the XXXXX/YYYYY Street corner of the building!! Use the ashtrays located at the ZZZZZZ Street Entrance. This is not a request-you are putting yourself and the lives of others at risk.[Street names removed to protect the guilty.
