interesting how different people perceive things. i didn't think that the "my friends" thing was all that creepy. I do not understand why he said "that one" in relation to Obama - I cannot understand why he would use that phrase. And I do not understand why he wouldn't shake Obama's hand after the debate.

An interesting thing I heard on NPR the other day: apparently, US oil companies have seen their stocks of oil go up recently - they are not refining all the oil they have. Which makes me wonder just how effective more drilling could possibly be, if the US oil companies are keeping prices higher than they have to be.
